Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY Enrollment is limited to five students per class. Because class sizes are intentionally kept small, each reservation is important. Full payment is required to reserve your seat. Cancellations made 72 hours or more before the scheduled class are eligible for a full refund or may be transferred to another available class. Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the class are non-refundable. At the instructor’s discretion, students may be allowed to transfer to a future class one time if space is available. Students who fail to attend without prior notice (“no-shows”) forfeit their registration fee. Iron Heart Training Range reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a class due to severe weather, instructor emergency, range safety concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances. In these cases, students will be offered the choice of a full refund or transfer to the next available class. Students who appear to be under the influence of alcohol, illegal drugs, or any substance that may impair safe firearm handling will not be permitted to participate. No refund will be issued in these circumstances. All participants must follow all range safety rules and instructor directions. Any student removed from class for unsafe behavior or failure to follow safety instructions will not receive a refund. By registering for a class, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this cancellation policy. PRIVACY POLICY Ironheart Training Range respects your privacy. We collect information you provide, including your name, email, phone number, emergency contact, and class registration details. Payments are securely processed by trusted third-party providers, and we do not store your full payment information. We use your information to register you for classes, process payments, communicate about your training, maintain required records, and comply with applicable laws.
